Delivery Information - EXTENDED LEAD TIMES  up to 8 weeks at this current time (June-July-Aug-Sept 2017)

**NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OUT THROUGH AUGUST DUE TO LAURA BEING ON HOLIDAY** Laura will be back to work early September. Date to be confirmed. (Date 6th September) 

Please Note our usual waiting time is 28 days but we are experiencing a high volume of orders being pplaced so we have increased the waiting time to 4/5 weeks. Longer for suitcase orders. 

We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you provide when you place your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.

Dispatch times are product dependant, Bespoke hand painted items - upto 28 working days from the date the payment is received & processed, Printed items - upto 3 calender weeks from the date the payment is received. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. We only dispatch orders during these times. Actual timescales may differ due to events and conditions outside the control of Customized By Laura.

The majority of our products are despatched on a 1st Class Royal Mail 'Signed for' service. If you have not received your items after 15 working days from the date of dispatch, you must check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you. At that point we will be able to check the location of your parcel via the tracking number provided by Royal Mail at the time of posting.Please Note Royal Mails 'Signed For' service is not fully trackable. We can see if the item has had an attmpted delivery and whether it has been signed for this is all. Depending on the outcome we may offer a free replacement or a complete refund.

Our bigger parcels are sent out using Hermes or Interlink. Items should be delivered within 3-5 working days. If an item does not arrive within this time we will look in to it on your behalf.

We do not give out tracking information to customers. Tracking is dealt with internally. This is because our tracking methods provide us with proof of delivery and if a delivery can not be made this is our insurance cover as a small business. Please do not be offended.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

*Prices given for postage are based upon Royal Mail prices for '1st class signed for' parcels. Each parcel is weight calculated. Below is a rough estimate for prices, although your basket will give you the exact shipping cost for your order once you have finished selecting your items.

Large Letter Sized Items -  Jewellery.

Small Packets - small, midi, medium bags. Hoodies, T-shirts, Mugs & Cushions

£4.80 1st Class. £4.40 2nd Class 

Medium Packets - Large bags, Gift Wrapped Hoodies & Canvas's

£6.75 1st Class Signed for £6.30 2nd Class Signed for

Large Orders - Multiple Items Which Can No Longer Go As A Packet & Suitcases.

Large Orders Will Typically Be Sent Using Hermes or another courier company. Each 5kg parcel will be charged at £6.75 - £15.00 depending on the size. Please note large orders can take 3-5 or 5-7 working days depending on the company used at the time.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.

We reserve the right to request customer wait up to 15 working days from the date of despatch before replacing an undelivered item. Once again this is because we do not provide the delivery service therefore the responsibility of the order transfers to the courier or supply partner transporting your item.
