Delivery Information

Current dispatch times are 14-21 days on all personalised items. 

We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you provide when you place your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. It will be up to you to trace and retrieve any parcels that may have gone to an alternative address where mistakes on your own behalf have been made. 

Dispatch times are product dependant, Printed items - APPROX 3 calender weeks from the date the payment is received. Hand painted products can take up to 28 days. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm. We only dispatch orders during these times. Actual timescales may differ due to events and conditions outside the control of Customized By Laura. Please see the top of this post & our terms and conditions for updates.

The majority of our products are despatched on a 1st or 2nd class Class Royal Mail service. Orders over a certain amount will be shipped in accordance to royal mails insurance polocies. So larger orders may be sent signed for or fully tracked depending. If you have not received your items after 15 working days from the date of dispatch, you must check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you. At that point we will be able to check the location of your parcel via the tracking number provided by Royal Mail at the time of posting.Please Note Royal Mails 'Signed For' service is not fully trackable. We can see if the item has had an attmpted delivery and whether it has been signed for this is all. Depending on the outcome we may offer a free replacement or a complete refund.

Our bigger parcels are sent out using a courier. The courier may vary. Usually we use Parcel force or DPD. Items should be delivered within 3-7 working days. If an item does not arrive within this time we will look in to it on your behalf.

We do not give out tracking information to customers unless requested. Tracking is dealt with internally.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. 

If an item is posted out using Royal Mail/courier and it does not arrive within their stated guidelines we can not accept liability. For example: If we post an item using Royal Mail's special delivery (24 hour delivery) but it arrives later than this stated time it is fault of Royal Mail. Not our own. No refunds will be given on personalised items that arrive later than expected due to fault of the delivery service. It is up to you to take this up with the company.

*Prices given for postage are based upon the weight of your order. Postage is weight based across all services. Prices may vary depending on the weight/size of your order.

Small Parcels -  Most items across the website

£5.00 1st Class. £4.50 2nd Class 

Medium Packets - Large bags, Gift Wrapped Hoodies & Canvas's

£6.75 1st Class 

Large Orders - Multiple Items Which Can No Longer Go As A Packet & Suitcases.

Large Orders Will Typically Be Sent Using Parcel Force,  DPD or  Evri (The option is yours) Each 5kg parcel will be charged at £7.50 - £15.00 depending on the size. Please note large orders can take 3-5 or 5-7 working days depending on the company used at the time.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.

We reserve the right to request customer wait up to 15 working days from the date of despatch before replacing an undelivered item. Once again this is because we do not provide the delivery service therefore the responsibility of the order transfers to the courier or supply partner transporting your item.

Extra Delivery Information:

• 1) Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday.
• 2) Our carriers will normally deliver your parcel between 9am and 5pm but certain carriers may deliver later; unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
• 3) A signature will be required on receipt.
• 4) If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place, if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
• 5) If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.
